Directions for use:

1. Tilt head back and apply 5-8 drops to each nostril.

2. Repeat 3-5 times per day.

3. Rinse dropper with water thoroughly after each use.

4. Refrigerate the bottle of herbal solution.

Storage:

Store unopened herbal packets at room temperature for up to 3 years. Once mixed, the herbal mixture needs to be refrigerated and expires after 15 days.

Preparation:

1. Rinse the bottle and dropper under running water.

2. Fill the bottle with 1oz. of drinking water.

3. Pour contents of (1) herbal packet into the bottle.

4. Screw dropper top onto the bottle and shake well.
